Destigmatizing Anxiety with Content That Gives a Damn

Hi Anxiety was a digital social impact campaign that leveraged social emotional learning (SEL) to empower young people to better manage everyday anxieties and improve their overall emotional well-being. Hi Anxiety provides a safe space for open conversations about mental health and demystifies the process of seeking professional help.

The campaign's key strategies included the creation and sharing of mental health-focused content to destigmatize mental health, and harnessing SEL principles to engage with community.

 

The campaign experienced massive organic growth, reaching over 200k people and generating 3.97 million engagements on Instagram.
